These terms govern access to the ncdlabs.com marketing site, product pages, purchases, and related website services operated by Lou Grossi / ncdLabs (“ncdLabs”, “we”, “us”). Individual products may have additional terms linked from their pages.

Website content

Content on ncdlabs.com is for general information about ncdLabs products, games, and concepts. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Software you install (for example WordPress plugins or desktop apps) is also subject to its own license (often GPL for WordPress plugins) and any product-specific terms.

Purchases

Paid products and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the stated price for the plan you select. Digital goods and subscription access may begin immediately after successful payment.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the site or APIs beyond normal use.
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through forms or chat.
Do not misuse download, licensing, or checkout endpoints (including credential stuffing or key sharing beyond your license).

Third-party services

The site may use analytics, payments, email delivery, error monitoring, and AI providers as described in the privacy policy. Those providers have their own terms.
