Who we are
ncdLabs builds software products, games, and concepts. This website is operated by Lou Grossi / ncdLabs. For privacy questions, email privacy@ncdlabs.com.
Website analytics
Public marketing pages use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZQP4YFLGY7) to understand
visits, navigation, and selected product events (for example download clicks or a completed purchase
confirmation). Analytics data may include approximate location, device and browser details, and pages viewed.

Purchases and billing
Paid products such as ncdLabs Site Access Policies Premium are processed by Stripe. When you check out, Stripe collects payment details, billing address information you provide, and related transaction data. ncdLabs receives confirmation of the purchase (including your email and plan) so we can fulfill the order and send a receipt or download instructions. Payment card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored on ncdLabs servers.

Contact and inquiry forms
When you submit the homepage contact form or a product inquiry (for example Honest the HIPAApotamus or Assure early access), we collect the fields you enter — typically name, organization or company, email, website (when requested), and a message — and email them to ncdLabs so we can respond. We use that information only to answer your request unless you later become a customer under a separate agreement.
Clippy support chat
The Clippy support experience on this site may send your messages through our server to AI providers so a reply can be generated. Chat messages and replies processed by our service may be stored briefly and summarized in an internal daily digest email for quality and abuse review. Session identifiers are derived hashes, not your name or email. Do not paste secrets, passwords, or sensitive personal data into the chat.
Email delivery
Transactional and inquiry emails are sent via Resend from an ncdLabs address (for example
noreply@ncdlabs.com). Recipients and message content depend on the feature you used
(purchase confirmation, inquiry reply routing, or Clippy digest).
Error monitoring
Our Cloudflare Worker may report operational errors to Sentry so we can fix outages. These reports are about service health, not marketing profiles. They may include request metadata needed to diagnose a failure.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like most websites, infrastructure may process IP addresses, User-Agent strings, and request URLs for delivery, security, and abuse prevention under Cloudflare’s practices.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

- Site Access Policies plugin privacy — runs on your WordPress site by default; optional integrations you configure send only what those services need
Your choices
- Use browser controls or extensions to limit analytics cookies and similar technologies where available.
- Only include information you’re comfortable sharing with ncdLabs.
- Manage Stripe billing details through the customer portal when offered after purchase.
- Email privacy@ncdlabs.com to ask a question or request a correction about information we hold from this site.
